Useful choices. A clear starting point.

Recommended ordering combines recent interest in a floor with its product information, showroom sample availability and fit for the material library you’re browsing. Your search and filters always come first.

Interest is not a sales claim.

We count product details that stay open in a visible tab for at least eight seconds. Colors within the same carpet style share one signal, so a style with many colors does not get an automatic advantage.

The past 30 days inform the order, with extra weight on the latest week. A style needs at least five counted views across two or more days before that signal affects recommendations. When there isn’t enough activity, we use showroom samples and the available product information instead.

These counts are not sales totals, unique-customer counts, stock levels or an endorsement of suitability. You can choose “Showroom & catalog order” or “Brand A–Z” instead.

We also compare these aggregate style counts with our sample records to help decide which showroom sample sets to consider. This does not identify individual visitors or place orders automatically.

Your privacy choices

This feature does not store your name, email, account ID or raw network address. We use the network address briefly to make a protected key that changes each day, limiting a style to one count per network per day. People sharing a network may therefore share a count. We also cap the number of styles one network can contribute in a day.

The daily keys are used only for catalog counting and repeat limits. Events outside the 30-day window are excluded immediately and removed on the next counted-view request. Signed-in staff activity and recognized automated visitors are excluded.

We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for this feature. You can also exclude future views below. This preference applies to this browser on the catalog site; it does not affect browsing, saving floors or requesting samples.

Optional help while you browse

After you explore several styles, we may offer a small help prompt. It does not take over the page or require your contact details. Showroom wording is used only after you show interest in a visit; we do not use your IP address to locate you for this prompt.

The prompt appears at most once per tab session. Dismissing it suppresses it for a week in this browser. These preferences stay on your device. Contact details are sent only if you submit a request; submitting does not sign you up for marketing emails.

This describes these catalog features only. Manufacturer room visualizers are separate services with their own privacy choices.

Request receipts and service messages

If you choose an email receipt on an inquiry form, we send your email address and request reference to our transactional email provider, Resend, to deliver a fixed acknowledgment. That receipt does not include your notes or photos and does not confirm an appointment, price or order. We keep sending status with the inquiry, retry temporary failures and limit repeated receipts to prevent abuse. This is not a marketing subscription. Phone-only requests and inquiries without receipt permission are still saved for staff follow-up.

Optional financing

Our financing page links to Acorn Finance using a public Get Floors referral link. No Acorn script or application is embedded here, and we do not send your inquiry, selected floors or contact details with that link. If you request financing information on our form, that preference is saved privately with your inquiry for staff follow-up. It is not a credit application. Applications and lender decisions take place on the providers’ sites under their policies; Acorn may share application-status updates with Get Floors under its terms. We do not collect Social Security numbers or credit-application documents through this feature.

Optional project photos

You can attach up to three photos when requesting a visit or project help. We resize photos and create new JPEG images without retaining the original files, filenames or location metadata. Photos are linked to your inquiry and available only to signed-in Get Floors staff. They are not published in the catalog or sent to an AI service.

Saved photos remain with your inquiry and may be included in encrypted backups. Please leave out sensitive documents and other people’s personal details. Contact info@getfloorsinc.com about correcting or removing information you submitted. We currently accept photos, not PDFs or other documents.

Staff showroom audits

Separate from customer project photos, staff can upload sample-label photos for private cloud-assisted recognition through Cloudflare Workers AI. Smaller, metadata-free image copies and reading results are retained with the audit and included in encrypted backups. Clear matches record showroom presence; uncertain identities and supplier-status gaps remain flagged for review. These photos are not published. Staff should photograph labels, not people or customer documents.
